ABOUT US

TMK North America, Inc. is a United States chartered sales company created in July, 2005 with headquarters in Houston, TX.  The Houston based company is owned 100% by TMK Global of Zurich, Switzerland which in turn is owned 100% by The TMK Group in Russia.

The TMK Group purchased the assets of Ipsco in the USA in June, 2008, to form a sister marketing company, TMK Ipsco.
